Online court bookings on ZidoSport are paid 100% by bank transfer (QR code) straight into the venue owner's account. ZidoSport never holds your money.

After you tap "Hold slot & transfer", the slot is held for 5 minutes while you transfer. If no payment arrives within 5 minutes, the booking is cancelled automatically and the slot is released. If your money arrives late, the booking is restored automatically as long as the slot is still free; otherwise the owner will contact you.

The amount due is always shown before you hold a slot. Paying at the venue only applies when you book directly with the owner at the counter; rental items are paid when you pick them up.

Cancelled court bookings are not refunded, whether you or the venue cancels. Some venues give you a discount code for your next booking when a booking is cancelled — see each venue's policy section.

If you cannot make it, please cancel as early as possible so the venue can offer the slot to someone else. If a venue closes unexpectedly or cannot honor a confirmed booking, contact the venue directly or the ZidoSport hotline for support.

All prices and fees (if any) are shown in full before you confirm a booking — no hidden charges.

User reviews are not edited, ensuring they accurately reflect the real experience at the venue.

For venues and gyms not yet linked, ZidoSport takes your booking or membership consultation request and contacts the venue on your behalf. This service is free for players.

Prices are set by the venue and sent to you when ZidoSport confirms. You pay the venue directly; ZidoSport does not collect your money.

You can cancel a request anytime before it is confirmed. Unhandled requests expire at the play time (court bookings) or after 3 days (consultations).

ZidoSport only uses your name and phone number to make the booking with the venue and never for other purposes.

By using ZidoSport, you agree to follow the rules on booking, payment, and conduct toward venue owners and other players.

ZidoSport connects players with venue owners and does not directly own or operate the sports facilities listed on the platform.
